Community Educator/Marketing

Shift: Full Time, Days

Responsibilities:

Create plans for marketing and public relations initiatives in the hospital. Work with department leaders to create strategies that positively impact revenue. Manage public relations, special events and activities including signature events and health fairs. Develop a template for consistent internal and external collateral materials such as posters, flyers, newsletter, brochures and other communication pieces. Plan and administer the marketing budget.

Qualifications or Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications or 5 years experience in Marketing. Leadership and consensus building skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be highly organized and able to manage a number of projects at one time. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Publisher, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. Willingness to attend special events for the facility as well as the surrounding community.
